On August 7, 2017, I presented The ABCs of DWI: What Every Lawyer Needs to Know about DWI Law to a group of about 30 legal practitioners at the annual Strategic Solutions for Solo & Small Firms conference in Duluth.
We covered:
The current state of the law- The stop
- The arrest
- The consequences
I also participated in a panel discussion on “Cocktail Law” (which addresses what to say when approached with a question during a cocktail party, not the law as it relates to cocktails).
